Start price: £3

Estimated price: £3 - £5

Buyer's Premium: 20%

Sold for: £5

A mid-century hand-carved flower sculpture constructed from various woods in contrasting tones. The piece features a five-petaled flower head with a cross-hatched textured centre, mounted to a slender, dark-toned curved stem. The stem supports two stylized serrated leaves, each featuring inlaid geometric vein details in a lighter wood. The entire arrangement is set into a turned light-wood vase base with a pedestal foot. The sculpture is finished with a light wax or oil, highlighting the natural grain and varying colours of the wood species used. No maker’s marks or signatures are visible. An adhesive lot sticker is present on the vase.
