A vintage children’s book titled The Squirrel The Hare And The Little Grey Rabbit by Alison Uttley, published by William Heinemann Ltd of London. The small-format volume features illustrations by Margaret Tempest, with the front cover displaying a central colour plate of a rabbit in a landscape. The internal pages are printed with black text on cream paper, beginning with the narrative on pages 16 and 17. Accompanying the book is a circular vintage sewing basket constructed from white-coated wicker with interwoven gold-tone decorative bands. The basket features a padded, hinged lid upholstered in a multi-coloured floral fabric depicting pink, yellow, and purple blooms, finished with a twisted wicker handle and a loop fastening.
