Lot 811: A Pair of Oak Three-Drawer Nightstands
Sold for: £110
A pair of oak nightstands in a rustic country fashion. Each unit is constructed from solid oak with a medium-toned lacquered finish, featuring chunky square-edged framing and exposed tenon-style joinery details on the side panels. The chests are configured with three drawers, each showing vertical planking effects and rounded edges to the fronts. The drawers are fitted with dark-patinated metal bail handles on rectangular backplates. The grain of the wood displays characteristic medullary rays and figure. There are no manufacturer marks or labels visible on either unit.
Large-scale furniture items; exact dimensions are not provided.
