Lot 580: A Vintage Drink Vimto Enamel Advertising Sign
A vintage enamel advertising sign for the British soft drink brand Vimto. The rectangular sign is constructed from vitreous enamel on a heavy metal base, featuring a bold red ground with white block lettering outlined in black. The text is arranged in three horizontal lines reading DRINK VIMTO SOLD HERE, with the central brand name rendered in a significantly larger font size. The sign is designed for outdoor commercial display and features a single pre-drilled mounting hole at the top centre. The reverse of the sign shows a dark, oxidised metal finish.
Sign Dimensions: 71 x 47 cm.
