Lot 712: An Industrial Red-Painted Steel Double Gas Cylinder Trolley
An industrial double gas cylinder trolley constructed from a tubular steel frame with sheet steel supports. The frame is finished in red paint and features two tiers of curved cradles designed to secure two industrial gas tanks, such as oxygen and acetylene. The unit includes a reinforced base plate and is mounted on two solid rubber-tyred wheels. No manufacturer marks, logos, or serial numbers are visible on the frame or wheels. The trolley retains several white adhesive auction lot stickers bearing the numbers 112 and 71.
Condition report:
The trolley is in heavily used industrial condition. There is extensive peeling and loss to the red paint finish, with significant surface oxidation and rust visible across the horizontal supports, cradles, and base plate. The original securing chains or straps are missing. The wheels are present, though their mechanical functionality has not been tested.
