Lot 312: An Assortment of Household and Kitchen Items Including Johnson Bros and Poole Pottery Ceramics
This lot comprises a collection of domestic items including ceramics, metalware, and a small appliance. The ceramic selection features a Johnson Bros earthenware saucer in the Victorian pattern, decorated with a floral transfer-printed border in shades of orange and yellow. The reverse bears the printed Victorian mark with a crown emblem. Also included is a Poole Pottery saucer featuring a colourful, stylized transfer-printed city scene, marked on the base with the dolphin symbol and 431 Scene I. A trio of cream-glazed earthenware kitchen canisters of faceted hexagonal form is present, labelled Tea, Coffee, and Sugar in black serif lettering, each fitted with a light wood lid. The metalware includes a trio of contemporary light-grey painted metal canisters for Tea, Sugar, and Coffee with silver-toned wire handles, and a Go Cook brand stainless steel insulated travel mug with a dark grey textured grip. The lot further contains a Vecoor brand handheld vacuum cleaner in its original retail box. The items are contained within a black industrial-style plastic crate.
