Lot 1022: Late 20th Century Knotty Pine Welsh Dresser
A two-piece country style Welsh dresser constructed from solid knotty pine with a polished finish. The upper section features a three-tier open plate rack with a decorative scalloped top frieze and shaped side supports. Each shelf is fitted with a front retaining rail. The lower sideboard base is configured with a vertical bank of three drawers to the left, while the right-hand side comprises a cupboard door with horizontal panelling designed to match the drawer configuration. The piece is fitted with original turned wooden knobs throughout. No manufacturer marks are discernible, although a small white adhesive label is present on the central shelf of the upper section.
