Lot 728: An Edwardian Mahogany and Inlaid Sheraton Revival Dressing Table
An Edwardian mahogany dressing table in the Sheraton Revival style, featuring a large adjustable swing mirror with a scrolled top rail above two small pedestal drawers. The bow-fronted carcass is configured with five drawers, comprising a long central drawer flanked by two smaller drawers on either side. Each drawer front is decorated with boxwood stringing and crossbanded borders, and fitted with brass ring-pull handles. The piece is raised on four square tapered legs terminating in brass castors. The construction features figured mahogany veneers over a solid carcass.
