Lot 724: A light wood child's high chair with a flip-over tray
A child’s high chair constructed from a light-toned hardwood, likely beech or rubberwood. The design features a solid, curved backrest and a rectangular tray with rounded edges mounted on a pivoting mechanism, allowing it to be flipped to the rear when not in use. The frame includes an integrated footrest and is assembled with a combination of dowel joints and visible metal screw fixings. A white nylon safety harness is fitted to the seat. The backrest bears two temporary adhesive auction labels: one from Liskeard Auction Rooms for lot 724 and a handwritten label numbered 3028. No permanent manufacturer’s marks, stamps, or labels are visible on the surfaces shown.
