Lot 746: A Tower Aluminium Pressure Cooker and a Five-Piece Set of Stainless Steel Cookware
Lot 746 consists of a Tower pressure cooker of industrial manufacture. It features a cast and spun aluminium body and a stamped lid equipped with a pressure relief valve and central weight regulator. The black phenolic handles are embossed with the maker name Tower. The lid rim bears the stamped inscription Warning – Read Instructions Before Use BS1746 – 1987. Lot 745 comprises a five-piece set of polished stainless steel cookware. The set includes three graduated saucepans with corresponding stainless steel lids featuring arch handles, one smaller open saucepan, and one shallow frying or sauté pan. Each piece is constructed with a long, hollow stainless steel handle with a welded attachment and an integrated hanging loop. No maker marks are visible on the stainless steel set.
