A traditional-style high bar stool of late 20th-century manufacture. The stool features a circular, well-padded seat upholstered in off-white faux leather with visible topstitching around the circumference. It is raised on four dark-stained hardwood legs, each with decorative turnings and square-section joints. The legs are supported by a four-way stretcher system for stability, with one stretcher fitted with a silver-toned metal footrest protector. This item is characteristic of furniture styles commonly found in British pubs or traditional kitchens. No maker’s marks are present.
