Lot 304: A Collection of Vintage 12-inch Vinyl LP Records Including Jazz, Easy Listening, and Soundtrack Titles
A collection of vintage 12-inch vinyl LP records covering a variety of genres including jazz, easy listening, big band, and soundtracks. The lot includes records from various labels such as Philips, mfp (Music for Pleasure), EMI, Polydor, Columbia, Decca, and Fontana Special. Identified titles and artists include the Porgy and Bess Original Sound Track Recording, a Movie Themes compilation, The Great Jazz Singers featuring Billie Holiday and Louis Armstrong, and Orange Coloured Sky by Bert Kaempfert. Also present are Syd Lawrence With The Glenn Miller Sound, a Roger Whittaker self-titled album, Nice ‘n’ Easy Volume 2, and The World of Hungarian Gypsy Music. The records are housed in printed card sleeves, some of which are held within clear plastic outer protective covers.
Condition report:
The album sleeves are in used vintage condition with visible shelf wear, including corner bumping, light creasing, and minor surface rubbing. Faint foxing and age-related discoloration are present on several sleeves. The vinyl discs have not been inspected for surface marks, warping, or audio quality.
