Lot 359: A Trio of Modern Table Lamps including a Pair of Perforated Green Velvet Style Lamps
This lot comprises a trio of modern table lamps. Included is a matching pair of table lamps featuring cylindrical shades finished in a dark green velvet-effect fabric, accented with a decorative perforated pattern of circular holes. These shades are mounted on polished chrome-effect circular bases. Both lamps are fitted with white electrical cords, in-line rocker switches, and UK three-pin plugs. Small labels on the bases note a 2.5W requirement, though no manufacturer mark is clearly legible; the design is consistent with items by GOSO. The third lamp features a teardrop-shaped base in dark smoked glass or a metallic-finish ceramic, paired with a brown fabric drum shade with a light-coloured interior. This lamp is fitted with a black electrical cord and a UK three-pin plug.
Condition report:
The lamps are in generally good used condition. The shade on the central smoked glass lamp shows minor distortion and looseness at the upper rim. All three lamps are fitted with UK plugs. In accordance with auction standards for electrical goods, these items have not been tested and must be inspected and PAT tested by a qualified electrician before use.
