Lot 406: A Set of Porcelain Tea Wares in the Marie Luise Pattern Attributed to Seltmann Weiden
A set of porcelain tea wares in the Marie Luise pattern, attributed to Seltmann Weiden. The items feature a white ground decorated with transfer-printed floral sprays of pink roses and blue flowers, accented with blue ribbons and bows. The cups are embellished with a distinctive heart-shaped floral vignette. Each piece is finished with gilded rims and scrollwork detailing to the handles and spouts. The collection includes a teapot and cover, two jugs of varying sizes, an open sugar bowl, and a group of teacups and saucers. A lot tag from HCP Auctions South West numbered 406 is present on the teapot. No manufacturer’s marks or backstamps are visible in the provided images.
