Lot 394: A Collection of Ceramics and Glassware including Wedgwood Cantata Pattern
A collection of decorative and functional ceramics and glassware. The lot features a Wedgwood bone china coffee pot and a matching cream jug in the Cantata pattern. The coffee pot is designed with a domed lid, a pointed finial, and a scrolled handle. Both pieces are decorated with a printed blue scroll border and gilt rims on a white ground. A handwritten adhesive label on the coffee pot identifies the maker and pattern.
Also included is a large flared Kevin Green of Sussex art pottery bowl. The exterior is finished with a matte dark brown glaze, while the interior features a reactive iridescent glaze with streaks of green, blue, and gold.
Also, there is a Vintage Lady Hamilton Pall Mall Wine Glass – 11.5cms (4-1/2″) Tall. Additionally, there is a small circular ceramic item, likely a lid or shallow dish, featuring hand-painted concentric rings in shades of pink and green on a cream ground.
