Lot 452: A Trio of Three Anthropomorphic Mouse Figurines Attributed to Pendelfin
A trio of hand-painted figurines, attributed to the English pottery Pendelfin, depicting anthropomorphic mouse characters in various domestic scenes. The group includes a larger tableau featuring a mouse seated at a table with a miniature radio, books, and a plate of food, accompanied by a small spotted dog. A second figurine depicts a character wearing a blue dress and white apron, rolling out dough on a rustic wooden-style table. The third is a smaller individual figure of a mouse wearing a yellow hat with a red pom-pom, holding a ball of yarn. The items are constructed from a cast composite material with a textured matte finish. The largest piece bears an adhesive auction tag for Lot 452 from HCP Auctions South West. No manufacturer marks are visible on the exterior surfaces.
Condition report:
The figurines appear to be in good overall condition. There are no obvious chips, cracks, or missing structural components visible. The delicate miniature accessories on the workbench figure appear intact.
