Lot 911: A Collection of Framed Artworks, Photographs, and a Folding Wooden Frame (Signed)
A collection of assorted framed works and wooden items. The group includes a large sepia-toned photographic portrait of a gentleman, presented in an ornate dark-toned moulded frame with decorative corners. Also present is a black and white print or drawing depicting a stylized figure within a landscape, housed in a wide white mount and a simple white-painted frame; this piece is signed and dated indistinctly to the lower right of the mount. The lot further comprises several empty or mirrored frames in various finishes, including natural wood and silvered tones. Included is a folding wooden structure, appearing to be a portable artist’s easel or stool frame. Several items bear adhesive lot or price labels, including a pink circular sticker marked ‘3/-‘ and white rectangular tags.
