This collection comprises a variety of engineering, measuring, and hand tools, predominantly of British manufacture. The lot features several precision instruments: a vintage retractable measuring tape by James Chesterman and Co of Sheffield, England, housed in a stitched leather case with brass fittings and a folding crank handle; a Vitrex brand profile gauge with a metal body and thin metal pins, manufactured in England; and a boxed micrometer stamped with the name Perfecta, made in England, presented in a black textured, felt-lined case. Also included is a small wooden storage box with a partially legible label referencing a micrometer. The assortment further contains a range of workshop tools such as various pairs of spring-joint and firm-joint dividers and calipers, and a combination square with a graduated steel ruler. A more modern addition is a multi-bit ratcheting screwdriver and socket set with a yellow and black handle, containing various hex bits and sockets in a grey plastic fitted case. The loose items are stored within a metal tool tote featuring integrated handles.
