Lot 133: A Pair of Weathered Reconstituted Stone Scalloped Garden Planters
A pair of large circular garden planters or urn bowls manufactured from cast reconstituted stone. Each vessel features a flared body with a prominent scalloped or piecrust rim. The exterior is decorated in relief with a repeating stylized foliate or acanthus leaf pattern. The interiors taper toward a central drainage hole. The stone exhibits a characteristic coarse and pitted texture throughout. No maker marks, stamps, or signatures are visible. A small white lot sticker is attached to the side of one planter.
