A trio of decorative bowls fashioned from natural coconut shells. The interior of each vessel is finished with a vibrant, metallic-effect lacquer in varied shades of pink, purple, and red. The exterior shells exhibit a polished surface, with some examples featuring pierced or drilled openwork patterns. One bowl displays incised geometric line carvings to the outer surface. These items are of the type typically utilised as tea light holders or decorative catch-alls. An adhesive label for Liskeard Auction Rooms, Lot 545, is present on the purple bowl, and a handwritten paper tag marked 9249 is affixed to the red bowl.
