Buyer's Premium:

A collection of two teacup and saucer sets of varying materials and origins. The first set is crafted from white translucent tempered opal glass, produced by Arcopal, France. The teacup is of standard rounded form with a curved handle, and both the cup and saucer are decorated with a narrow gold-toned band to the rims. The base of the saucer is embossed with the manufacturer’s mark Arcopal France within a rectangular border. The second set comprises a porcelain footed teacup and matching saucer finished in a pale green glaze. The saucer is decorated with hand-painted linear motifs in a dark pigment, accented with small circular gilded highlights. Both pieces are finished with a gilt line to the rims. The base of the saucer bears a black printed backstamp featuring a stylized letter W within a laurel wreath, accompanied by the text HAND PAINTED and JAPAN.
