Lot 686: A Collection of Vintage Cameras and Photographic Equipment including Chinon 471 HP Super 8 and Kodak Brownie Starflash
A collection of vintage photographic equipment featuring various cameras and darkroom accessories. The lot includes a Chinon 471 HP Super 8mm movie camera with a zoom lens, featuring a black composite and metal body with a grey front housing. It is accompanied by a detachable pistol grip with a trigger shutter release and its original mottled grey hard-shell carrying case. The collection also features a Kodak Brownie Starflash camera for 127 roll film, constructed with a black plastic body and a built-in flash reflector. Additionally, two traditional box cameras are present; one is an early 20th-century model constructed from wood and cardboard with a black leatherette covering, bearing a paper lot tag. Completing the collection is a vintage electrical darkroom timer or control unit housed in a black metal casing, equipped with a large circular dial calibrated from 0 to 100, a power toggle switch, and two rotary adjustment knobs.
