Lot 575: A Trio of Contemporary Decorative Home Accessories
A group lot comprising three modern home decorative items. The first is a large, ovoid-shaped vase constructed from turned wood with a dark ebonised finish, featuring a contrasting silver-toned metallic rim at the mouth and a flat base. The second item is a solid red wax pillar candle seated on a black-painted wrought iron stand; the stand includes a circular drip plate and three scrolled feet. The third item is a set of square coasters housed within a matching three-sided wooden holder. Both the coasters and the holder are decorated with an intricate, Indian-inspired pattern of red, gold, and green scrolling motifs with a central diamond design. No maker’s marks are visible on any of the items.
