This lot comprises two pairs of vintage prism binoculars and a single carrying case. The first pair is of British manufacture by Wray, London. The metal body features a black textured vulcanite grip and includes a leather neck strap. The left prism cover is inscribed with HARD COATED LENSES and 7×50. The right prism cover bears a stylized WRAY logo above LONDON and the retailer mark MAN & GORTZ. The second pair is of French origin, marked with a diamond-shaped LUXUS logo and MADE IN FRANCE on the left prism cover, and 10 x 35 and COATED on the right. Both instruments are constructed with metal frames and textured grip coverings. The collection includes a single large, hard-sided black leather carrying case lined with red velvet-style fabric and fitted with a leather shoulder strap.
