Lot 722: A Collection of Decorative Ceramics including Villeroy and Boch and Aynsley
A collection of decorative ceramics and household items. The lot features a Villeroy and Boch Design Naif circular lidded trinket box with a Noah’s Ark illustration, signed LAPLAU 2 on the lid. Included is a set of 10 Aynsley fine English bone china napkin rings, comprising five in the Little Sweetheart pattern and five with a yellow and purple floral design. There is a pair of sage green jasperware circular dishes with white bas-relief classical figures and grapevine borders. Also present is a pair of baluster-form ceramic candlesticks decorated with pink and blue floral sprays and gold-toned rims. The lot further contains a small spherical lidded jar with berry and leaf motifs, two shallow white dishes with central floral bouquets and gilded rims, and a retail pack of six cream-coloured advent taper candles numbered 1 to 24 with gold star decoration.
