Lot 917: A French Provincial style cream-painted wood coffee table
This lot comprises a coffee table in the French Provincial or Louis XV style, likely dating from the mid-20th century. The table is constructed from wood and features a cream-coloured painted finish. It has a serpentine-shaped top with a moulded edge, supported by four cabriole legs. Each leg is decorated with carved floral and foliate motifs at the knee and terminates in a scroll foot. Two contemporary auction labels are present on the top edge: one white rectangular sticker printed with 815 above a pink circular sticker, and another white rectangular sticker printed with 917.
