Lot 1036: A Victorian Carved Mahogany Wardrobe, Dismantled
A large Victorian mahogany wardrobe of multi-sectional construction, currently presented in a dismantled state. The exterior features inset mahogany panels, including one panel decorated with an ornate, deeply carved foliate scroll relief surrounding a central floral rosette. The wardrobe includes a main hanging compartment fitted with metal hooks and a hanging rail. The base section contains several drawers of varying sizes, all featuring original ornate cast metal swing-drop handles with a darkened patina. The secondary interior timber is composed of pine and mixed woods.
