Lot 636: Two Royal Doulton Winnie-the-Pooh Figurine Collection Ceramic Figurines
Two hand-painted glazed ceramic figurines from the Royal Doulton Winnie-the-Pooh Figurine Collection. The first figurine depicts the character Christopher Robin seated upon a green mound, wearing a red top and blue shorts whilst playing a lute. The second figurine depicts Tigger in a leaping pose over Roo, who is positioned within a cream-coloured block decorated with a yellow star. Both items are crafted from ceramic with a high-gloss glaze finish. The lot is accompanied by the original manufacturer cardboard boxes, and the Christopher Robin figure retains its original paper hangtag. The packaging features printed text referencing the characters created by A.A. Milne and E.H. Shepard.
