Lot 197: A Vintage Corgi Bedford OB Coach in Greenslade Tours Livery
A vintage Corgi Bedford OB coach, finished in the distinctive two-tone cream and green livery of Greenslade Tours. This die-cast model features a detailed body with clear plastic windows showing a basic interior and a textured black base plate. The exterior decoration includes the printed text GREENSLADES TOURS LTD along the sides, accompanied by a green flash and the number 15 near the front passenger entrance. The front of the vehicle is fitted with a silver-painted grille and black headlights, below destination boards for GREENSLADES and CLOVELLY. The registration number HFJ 836 is printed on the front bumper. The underside of the model is embossed with the characters CORGI within a rectangular border and BEDFORD OB COACH towards the rear. The model represents a classic mid-20th-century motor coach design often associated with regional tour operators in the West Country.
