Lot 478: A Vintage Polished Brass-Finish and Ribbed Glass Wall Sconce
A vintage polished brass-finish and ribbed glass wall sconce, comprising an unassembled interior light fitting in its original cardboard retail box. The fixture features a polished brass-effect metal wall mount and arm supporting a bayonet cap bulb holder. A label affixed to the holder is printed with the text MAX 40 WATT and GOLF BALL LAMP ONLY, alongside a small square symbol which is not legible. The shade is a spherical white milk glass globe decorated with a continuous vertical ribbed pattern. The lot includes an appropriately rated clear 45mm golf ball bulb in its original Ring brand cardboard packaging. The metal mounting components remain in their original clear plastic protective wrapping. The original cardboard box is heavily worn and taped, with the handwritten number 0292 on the top flap.
