A vintage textured grey fabric track arm armchair, featuring a modern design with wide, square-profile armrests. The chair is upholstered in a light grey or oatmeal-coloured textured woven fabric and includes a single loose seat cushion and a loose back cushion, both finished with piped edges. The seat cushion is generously proportioned, providing a wide seating area. A small white fabric tag is visible attached to the lower-left exterior corner, although the printed text and any manufacturer details are not legible. The frame construction is fully concealed by the upholstery.

Condition report:
The upholstery shows significant signs of use and soiling throughout. There is prominent dark staining and heavy soiling visible on the tops and front faces of both armrests (photo 1 and 2). Similar dark soiling is present along the front edge of the seat cushion (photo 1). The fabric shows general light wear and minor creasing consistent with domestic use. Professional cleaning would be required to restore the appearance of the fabric.
