Lot 997: A Pair of Vintage Mid-Century Beech and Laminate Folding Side Tables
A pair of vintage mid-century beech and laminate folding side tables of utilitarian design. Each table features a rectangular top with rounded corners, finished in a distinctive greenish-yellow wood-grain laminate. The tops are supported by light-coloured solid beech X-frame bases, joined by a central metal tension rod, allowing the units to fold flat for storage. The items bear contemporary auction inventory stickers, including a white rectangular adhesive label on the underside of one table reading ‘Lot 997’, and small white stickers on the legs of both tables reading ‘1080’. No manufacturer’s marks or stamps are visible on the wooden frames or under the table tops.
Large-scale furniture items; exact dimensions are not provided.
