Lot 565: A Vintage Glass Fruit Bowl and a Wooden Beaded Basket
A collection of decorative household items comprising a vintage pressed clear glass bowl and a decorative wooden beaded basket containing a black ceramic dish. The circular glass bowl is decorated with an intricate geometric design to the exterior featuring radiating fan motifs and diamond-cut texturing, centered upon a multi-point starburst to the base. The interior of the bowl is moulded with a pattern of pink-tinted roses and frosted leaf clusters. The accompanying circular basket is constructed from turned wooden beads and spindles in a radiating lattice design. Within the basket is a plain black glazed ceramic dish.
