Condition report:
The lamp shows overall surface wear consistent with age and use. There are visible scuffs, small marks, and minor paint losses to the cream-coloured finish on the body and base (photo 1). The gilded highlights show moderate rubbing and wear, particularly to the raised edges of the handles and base. The electrical cord shows light surface dirt. No lampshade is present. The item is sold as untested; professional inspection and testing by a qualified electrician is recommended prior to use.
