Lot 850: A Modern Oak-Effect Three-Door Sideboard / Vanity Cabinet
A modern oak-effect three-door sideboard / vanity cabinet, currently configured for use as a washstand with an inset circular washbasin. The unit is constructed from engineered wood finished with a light oak-effect laminate, featuring three shaker-style doors with recessed central panels. The doors are fitted with three rectangular brushed-metal pull handles and are mounted on concealed, adjustable metal hinges. The cabinet is supported by four square block feet and the interior is fitted with a central vertical divider and a single horizontal shelf in the opened section. The top surface has been cut to accommodate a circular ceramic washbasin, which features a white exterior and a dark, likely glazed, interior. A white adhesive auction label reading ‘850’ is affixed to the cabinet top, and a similar label reading ‘848’ is applied to the rim of the basin.

Condition report:
The cabinet shows minor signs of wear consistent with use, including light scuffing and small marks to the base and square feet (photo 1). The interior shows construction typical of mass-produced laminate furniture, with some exposed composite material at the inner joinery points (photo 2). The oak-effect laminate surface and the inset washbasin appear to be in good functional condition without major structural damage or deep chips.
