Lot 932: A Vintage Hellas MA-3-N Laminate Wood Classical Guitar
A vintage Hellas MA-3-N laminate wood classical guitar, featuring a vibrant orange-tinted top and red-stained back and sides. The instrument is constructed with a wide, dark-stained neck and a corresponding ebonised fretboard and bridge. A white paper label is visible through the soundhole, printed with the maker name Hellas in a script font and MODEL MA-3-N below. A small white rectangular adhesive label is affixed to the lower side of the body which reads MADE IN CHINA.

Condition report:
The instrument is in used, student-grade condition. The guitar is currently missing one string, and the remaining five strings appear aged and oxidised (photo 1). The orange-tinted top shows minor surface wear. The red-stained back exhibits significant surface scuffing and multiple light scratches across the finish (photo 2). Several small chips to the finish are present along the edges of the body, particularly on the back (photo 2).
