A collection of vintage moulded and painted earthenware novelty teapots. The assortment includes a red-glazed teapot modelled in the form of a British telephone kiosk with an integral side handle and removable domed cover; a polychrome painted figural teapot modelled as a seated clown dressed in a pink and blue spotted costume with a ruffled collar and nightcap; a relief-moulded green-glazed teapot in the form of a kitchen dresser displays shelves with miniature plates, teaware, and a teddy bear; a sheep teapot featuring a textured white fleece body, black-glazed face and feet, an overhead copper-lustre handle, and a cover finial inscribed in moulded relief TEA FOR EWE; a small spherical anthropomorphic character teapot modelled with a smiling face, green casing, leaf cover, and blue-glazed spout and handle; and a white-glazed teapot modelled in the form of a seated cat. Bases are uninspected and no maker backstamps are visible.
