Lot 662: A Russ Berrie Bergdoff Teddy Bear Wearing a Cornwall Air-Care Lottery T-Shirt
A plush teddy bear constructed with honey-brown textured curly fur, featuring dark plastic bead eyes and a brown stitched nose and muzzle. The bear wears a pinkish-purple iridescent ribbon tied in a bow around the neck and is dressed in a miniature red short-sleeved t-shirt. The t-shirt is screen-printed in white with a graphic of a helicopter and the text CORNWALL AIR-CARE Lottery (photo 2). A green fabric label is sewn into a seam (photo 3) and reads: Bergdoff followed by the trademark symbol, then © 1994 RUSS BERRIE & CO. INC., OAKLAND, N. J., RUSS BERRIE UK LTD., SOUTHAMPTON SO40 9RB, ITEM NO. 13181. The label also displays a CE mark. The bear is a Bergdoff model produced by Russ Berrie & Co. Inc.
