A trio of vintage light wood dining chairs with quatrefoil backs, constructed from a light-toned timber, possibly beech or pine, with a clear varnished finish. Each chair features a rectangular back splat with a central pierced quatrefoil motif. The vertical back posts are topped with rounded, turned finials and extend down to form the rear legs. The chairs are fitted with fixed, padded seats upholstered in a multi-coloured floral tapestry-style fabric featuring small botanical motifs in shades of green, red, and blue on a cream ground. The understructure consists of four straight legs connected by an H-frame stretcher arrangement, with additional side stretchers for reinforced stability. No maker’s marks, manufacturer labels, or stamps are visible on the wooden frames or under the seats.
