Lot 780: Two Painted Wooden Spincraft Display Signs and Two Rustic Walking Sticks

This auction ended on 31 October 2026.

Start price: £5

Estimated price: £5 - £8

Buyer's Premium: 20%

Sold for: £5

Two hand-painted wooden display signs and two rustic walking sticks. The principal sign is a long white-painted wooden board featuring the hand-painted name SPINCRAFT in black serif lettering. To the left of the text is a stylized brown illustration of a traditional spinning wheel, and to the right is a hand-painted floral spray with red blossoms and green foliage. Along the top edge, the boards are fitted with a series of small, evenly spaced metal hooks, indicating their original use as commercial display racks for hanging merchandise. The second sign is a matching plain white-painted board. Accompanying the signs are two wooden walking sticks: one featuring a smooth, polished light wood crook handle on a natural bark-textured shaft, and the other a rustic stick with a large, knobby bulbous head and a textured shaft.
