Buyer's Premium:

This collection comprises an assortment of earthenware and porcelain items. The primary piece is a large earthenware fruit bowl, potentially a wash basin, decorated with transfer-printed and over-painted fruiting branches depicting peaches and pears, finished with an orange-ochre painted rim. The lot includes blue and white wares, notably a teacup with a dense white floral pattern on a navy ground, and two Chinoiserie-style pieces consisting of a creamer and a small cup featuring blue transfer-printed landscapes. Also present is a small porcelain saucer with a central polychrome floral spray and a dark-painted rim. The utility portion of the lot contains several plain white earthenware dinner plates, bowls of various sizes, and a small square lidded vessel. No manufacturer marks or backstamps are visible on the pieces. The lot includes auction room stickers from Lukeard Auction Rooms for Lot 457 and Lot 845, along with a handwritten descriptive note.

Condition report:

The items are in generally fair condition consistent with age and domestic use. There are no major chips, cracks, or visible repairs to the primary pieces. Minor surface wear, stacking marks to the utility plates, and manufacturing imperfections typical of late 19th and early 20th-century earthenware are present.
