The blades are manufactured from stamped metal, and the cage is of wire-form construction. The motor housing and base appear to be cast or moulded. This item is a modern reproduction of a mid-century design. No manufacturer marks or logos are visible on the exterior.

The fan shows surface oxidation and wear to the copper-toned plating throughout, most notably on the wire cage. There is a visible patina.
