Lot 555: An Assortment of Music Media and Printed Music in a White Laminate Storage Chest
This lot comprises a collection of music media and related items housed within a contemporary white storage unit. The collection includes several vinyl LP records and singles, featuring a release on the Starline label and an item in a grey sleeve with a circular Play It logo. The compact disc selection consists of multiple titles in standard jewel cases, including Bridge of Spies by T’Pau, Secrets by Tears for Fears, and a self-titled album by Let Loose, amongst other pop and rock titles. Also included is a softcover songbook titled Thank You for the Music: 50 Great Hits of the 70s, arranged for piano, vocal, and guitar. The storage chest is constructed from white melamine-faced particle board with a single hinged lid supported by a gas-strut mechanism, resembling a contemporary shoe or toy storage bench.
Condition report:
The collection is in used condition. Vinyl sleeves show visible edge wear, creasing, and age-related toning. Compact disc jewel cases exhibit typical surface scratching and some instances of cracking. The printed songbook shows signs of use and handling to the covers. The media has not been tested for playback and is sold as-seen. The storage cabinet shows minor cosmetic wear and scuffs consistent with domestic use.
