Lot 1046: A DFS Two-Piece Sofa Suite Comprising a Corner Sectional and a Two-Seater Sofa
A contemporary two-piece sofa suite attributed to DFS, consisting of a large corner sectional sofa and a matching standalone two-seater sofa. The suite is upholstered in a two-tone fabric combination, featuring tan jumbo cord wide-wale corduroy to the primary surfaces and a contrasting dark brown microfibre or faux leather finish to the base and lower armrest sections. The design includes deep, removable seat and back cushions. The lot is accompanied by several matching scatter cushions, some in coordinating jumbo cord and others featuring printed geometric patterns, including a half-moon motif and an abstract interlocking design in neutral tones. The internal frames are fully upholstered.
Condition report:
The suite is in used condition with visible wear and light pilling to the cord fabric. There is evidence of compression to the cushion fillings consistent with use. Notable dark spotting and staining are present on the seat cushions of the two-seater sofa. Professional cleaning is recommended.
