Lot 198: Castrol Industrial 208-Litre Oil Drum
An industrial metal oil drum produced for Castrol, featuring the brand’s traditional green, white, and red colour scheme. The drum is constructed from painted sheet metal with a central white band containing the red Castrol logo and name with a trademark symbol. The upper green portion has been marked with a large yellow spray-painted numeral 3. An adhesive product label remains partially attached to the body, displaying technical information including the reference MACS 30-208L, which denotes a standard 208-litre capacity. The structure includes standard rolled seams and a circular profile.

Condition report:
The item is in a heavily used industrial condition. Visible surface oxidation and rust are present across the body, most notably on the white band and along the rolled seams. The paintwork exhibits significant losses, scuffing, and scratches. Various dents are present throughout the metal casing, consistent with heavy use in a workshop or industrial environment.
