Lot 415: A Collection of Wedgwood Barlaston Earthenware, Blue and White Transferware, and Household Sundries
This mixed lot comprises an assortment of ceramics, glassware, and household items. The ceramic selection includes a group of Wedgwood sage green matte-glazed earthenware saucers and small bowls, bearing the circular printed mark OF ETRURIA WEDGWOOD & BARLASTON. The blue and white transferware includes a large circular plate featuring a central landscape with a windmill and figures, a plate in the traditional Willow pattern, a scalloped-rim bowl decorated with a coaching scene, and a tea cup with a landscape pattern. Also included is a quantity of plain white glazed dinnerware, comprising plates, cups, and saucers, some of which feature gilt rims. The glassware consists of a tall clear glass vase with a fluted body and a smaller cut-glass vessel with a diamond-textured pattern. The lot is completed by a new 10-piece artist brush set in original packaging and an unopened 30-pack of Gatarn disposable bed pads.
Condition report:
The ceramic and glass items are in used condition with visible surface marks and accumulated dust. Potential bidders should account for possible minor chips or hairline cracks consistent with age and use. The artist brushes and bed pads are in original, unopened packaging.
