Buyer's Premium:

A vintage interlocking wooden jigsaw puzzle, attributed to Victory (G. J. Hayter and Co.). The puzzle is constructed from plywood pieces and is housed in its original heavy cardboard box. The lid features a pictorial paper label depicting a red squirrel holding a nut. The cutting style is consistent with British-made dissected puzzles of the mid-20th century. A modern adhesive auction label is present on the lid.


Condition report:

The box exhibits significant wear consistent with age, including heavy scuffing, edge abrasions, and substantial surface loss to the central illustration on the lid label. The wooden pieces appear to be in generally good vintage condition. The set is uncollated and completeness has not been verified.
