Lot 893: A modern rustic pine coffee table with central cupboard
A late 20th-century pine coffee table in the modern rustic or farmhouse style. The piece features a rectangular solid pine top with rounded corners and a moulded edge. It is supported by four stout turned baluster-style legs. The base incorporates a full-length lower tier with a central cupboard section. This cupboard is fitted with a single recessed-panel door and a turned wooden knob, opening on modern concealed hinges to reveal an internal shelf. The design and construction are characteristic of the Yorkshire Market collection by Broyhill.
Condition report:
The table is in good, solid structural condition. There are minor surface scratches, scuffs, and signs of light wear to the polished finish on the top and legs, consistent with domestic use.
