The chair is raised on four tapered wooden legs with a dark finish, likely teak or stained beech. The upholstery is a heavily textured woven fabric in variegated shades of orange, red, and yellow. A handwritten label on the backrest identifies the piece as having original upholstery from the 1960s period, featuring the text ORIGINAL UPHOLSTERY 1960s PERIOD chair.
