Lot 274: A Collection of Vintage 7-inch Vinyl Records, Decorative Glassware, and Metalware
An assortment of vintage 45 RPM vinyl records and ephemera, featuring singles from prominent labels including RCA Victor, Decca, London Records, and Mercury Records. Visible titles include Jim Reeves I Won’t Forget You (RCA-1400) and Anna Marie (RCA 1385), The Bachelors I Wouldn’t Trade You For The World (F.11949), Roy Orbison Indian Wedding (HLU 9952), and Anita Wood Hawaiian Wedding Song (45-AMT 1025). The collection also includes a selection of Kidditunes small-format children’s records, likely 78 RPM, distributed by Lumar Ltd, Swansea, including On Ilkla Moor Baht at (LM 17). The glassware comprises a large cobalt blue goblet with a clear wrythen style twisted stem and a plain circular foot, alongside a variety of clear stemmed glasses and tumblers, some featuring etched or printed patterns. Metalware items include a small aluminium teapot with an embossed floral and scrollwork body, fitted with a black composite handle and lid knob. Also included is a circular metal tray with a beaded rim and a scrolling wire carrier designed to hold small glasses.
